The staff were super nice, and the stay itself was fine, but I wouldn't come back. I booked because it was on special. The rooms really weren't great: after we'd been out for a while, the room smelled mouldy when we returned, and the old bedding and towels should be replaced. I also wouldn't recommend this place to women traveling alone. The crowd at night made me extremely uncomfortable, and I wouldn't have felt safe without my partner.

The floor was sticky and dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned, and there was underwear belonging to someone unknown in the toilet 🤢. I don't recommend this place.

Worst hotel I've had in Bali. The room wasn't clean, and the air conditioning barely worked during my stay.

The location is the one good thing here. I checked out just three hours after checking in because the place was disgusting. During check-in, the receptionist took a selfie and left us waiting. The room was poorly maintained and dirty, with hair all over, plus a dirty mug and kettle. I got locked in the bathroom twice. They blamed me for not knowing how to open the door, but the handle was clearly broken. Everything felt dirty and the whole atmosphere was wrong. Young people were drinking alcohol in front of the rooms, and people were smoking all over, including at reception. It felt like a gangster hotel. Please avoid it, especially if you're traveling with kids, because the window setup is very dangerous. Awful experience for 350K.

The main road traffic was so loud I couldn't sleep. I tried to rent a bike, and staff said it was on the way, then kept me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. They only offered a one-day rental because I was changing hotels, even though I wanted it for a week. It never arrived. I got a bike elsewhere for half their price, and it showed up in 10 minutes.
