I arrived tired after traveling, planning to check in early at 11:00 AM, though check-in was at 2:00 PM. The payment I'd made through the app was confirmed, but they told me they didn't work with Agoda. I couldn't cancel or get a refund even with three hours left before check-in. Luckily, I moved to another hotel and found one that was cheap and recommended.

For 90,000 Rupiah, I got a spacious, clean room with a large bed and fan. There was free mineral water, plus towels and soap, and the room had a wardrobe, mirror, chair, TV, hotel phone, and an en-suite bathroom. The staff were friendly, too. Sleep wasn't great, though. I could hear a lot from outside, people parked haphazardly in front of my room, and three termites came in. The ventilation had no iron mesh, the pillows smelled like cigarettes, which bothered me as a non-smoker, and the sheets were dirty. I booked on OYO, but at the hotel they said they no longer partnered with OYO, so I had to pay again. Still, it was okay overall.

The reviews make it sound like the hotel and its guards aren't communicating well. Management should make sure things match what's stated, including the price. And if a guard asks you for anything, watch out, bro.
