I arrived yesterday to find nobody on duty, and local security told me the place was full with no rooms left. I’d already booked, so what is the policy for someone in that situation? I called yesterday, but the number was inactive. You can call or WhatsApp me. If you run a homestay around the clock like a hotel, you shouldn’t only show up during the day. I feel sorry for people who keep going back and forth because nobody is there. I’ll wait 24 hours for an answer. Please take responsibility. Thanks.

Security told me lots of people show up after booking through an app, but apparently nobody keeps the rooms in order. They were told to leave the rooms open without checking them, so I ended up rummaging through a drawer for my own key and felt like a thief. It gave me the impression there’s no real intention to run an inn properly, just leaving guests to guess what to do when they arrive.

My wife booked for 11am and went to the location, but nobody was there. I knocked for 30 minutes and still got no answer. When I asked two security guards, they said, “Yes, sir, many people have been scammed there.” Please return my wife’s money.

I’d booked two rooms for our group, but when we got there, the place wasn’t at the address. The security guard said three people had already come looking for it that night. It feels like a fake address and a scam. Please don’t let anyone else get caught out.
