Yasmin Puncak Hotel

Yasmin also has privately owned villas beside the hotel, within the same complex. The hotel rooms and facilities are often occupied by large groups, usually from the local government. Last night, one group had a loud music event on a hotel balcony facing the villas, across from the villa where I was staying. The hotel let it go on until 1 am. It was a nightmare. The Dangdut music was so loud it felt like there were no walls. They also let visitors park their cars in front of our villas, as if nobody was staying there. Security was nowhere around, with the guards only at their post in front of the hotel.

The food was all great! The buildings and rooms are old, and the hotel seems better suited to corporate or group events than individual trips.

The breakfast choices are pretty limited, and it didn’t look very clean either. The rooms and bathroom were very dirty, with little insects and mosquitoes around. The hotel looks old and worn out, nothing like the pictures, so we felt deceived. 🤮 👎🏻👎🏻

A bit old, but still has its good points. There’s a big pool with clean water, a spacious, clean mushala, plenty of parking, and a basketball court.
