The room was dirty and dim, and the AC barely cooled it. At night, some rooms seemed to be used as boarding houses, with noisy occupants and fights, so resting was hard. When we tried parking in front of the guard's house, he sent us away to park in a field even though there was space. His service was terrible. We stayed only one day in May. Be careful booking through Oyo, and please have Oyo enforce stricter standards so guests can be comfortable.

I booked through Traveloka and arrived hoping to rest after the long trip from Sumedang. There was no receptionist or guard, and nobody answered when I asked for help. After an hour, a guard finally showed up and said there had been a mix-up with Traveloka about whether a room was available.

I paid for ten days but left after eight because I couldn't take it anymore. The room was damp and dirty, with millipedes, and there was no Wi-Fi. Noise and people fighting meant I couldn't rest.

I only lasted three hours. While I was alone in a spare room, I directly heard repeated banging on the walls, then from the ceiling, and panicked. I left at 1 a.m. to find somewhere else to stay. It was really scary.
