We booked the 3-bedroom Loft M. The location in Cirebon city is perfect, and the breakfast was nice. The place was clean, though the washbasin on the second floor needs some repair. Reno helped us check out quickly. It was a good stay.

We booked 2 executive rooms through Traveloka but were given 2 deluxe rooms instead. Who got this wrong, Traveloka or verse hotel? Check-in took more than 30 minutes, which wasn't up to standard. The door key lock didn't work, and even after we reported it, nothing was done. Not worth it at all.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was only average in both variety and taste, though it could be better. Still, it's an affordable option and good value for a short stay. I'd give it 4/5.

Everything else was great, and the rooms have been good so far. A few bathroom amenities were broken, which I guess is somewhat expected for a 3-star hotel. Hope they get fixed soon. If you're bringing a car, there's a parking gate.

We stayed in the Loft Family Room, checking in on 31 Dec and checking out on 02 Jan. The room was tidy and clean, and everything was well prepared. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Keep up the good service.
