10/10
There are convenience stores and plenty of places to eat nearby, and the railway station is just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge, TV, jug kettle, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked. The paint made the room look a little aged, but for the price it was above what I expected.

The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, so this hotel still seems suitable for a short stay or backpacking around Cirebon. But the smoking-room information was confusing. I called before booking and reception said one was available, so I booked online with a note requesting it. At check-in, reception said the hotel had no smoking rooms. After I complained, a supervisor said there was one, but when I got into the room there was no smoking sign. They told me it was okay to smoke, but I didn't want to risk violating regulations.

A lovely, clean room with hot water and a fridge, and the staff were smiling. The hotel is on a quiet street near the railway station. Very good value for money.
