The room was comfortable, though small, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s easy to find, close to the main street, but the rooms sit farther inside the complex, so there isn’t much noise. Breakfast comes with a breathtaking view, but the main dish choices should be better. We only had rice, egg, and vegetables. The door squeaked, there were mosquitoes, and the WiFi was just so-so.

The location and view are nice, but management needs to improve how the hotel is run. Hospitality needs work, several room utilities are broken, and the food quality is medium to low. We ordered something by phone from room service and waited hours without getting what we wanted. We eventually had to go to the front desk and ask there.

The view is nice, the place is clean, service is good, and it’s kid friendly. Parents bringing children should keep an eye on them around the pool and fish pond, since there are alligator fish.

The room was clean, but don’t book through airy if you want a room with a view.
