Grand Ussu

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms weren't clean, and there were insects all over. The sheets and pillows were very old and seemed not to have been changed in years. The food was unclean too, with hair all over it. Worst hotel I've visited.

Some room facilities were broken, and there was no bellboy available in the morning.

The location is convenient for getting to nearby attractions, and the view is great. Food was tasty, though it could be better. Cleaning was an issue, since some bedsheets hadn't been properly cleaned. The price may be fine for a weekend stay, but it doesn't suit a traveler looking for a nice stay on a small budget.

The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and the air already feels fresh. My room on the third floor was clean and roomy, with a balcony facing the mountain, but there's no lift. The sitting toilet was convenient and the shower had good warm water. Parking is spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and small water park, though the changing room wasn't well maintained. There's a restaurant, but its prices may not work for a tight-budget holiday. The hotel is right beside the main road in Puncak.
