Hotel Arwana Safari puncak RedPartner

I ended up here after a sudden trip to Puncak with my two small children. Every budget hotel seemed full, but this one was clean, and I saw the floor being mopped. The front porch was a little dirty, but it was still suitable for bringing children. It cost 195 thousand rupiah, and the front has a view of the mountains and the street. The water heater worked well, the bathroom was clean, and they provide large water jugs for overnight guests, which is handy compared with buying water outside. Hehe, that’s the only plus that isn’t fun, hehe. The staff were friendly, and the parking inside felt safe. I’ll definitely come back.

For 265 thousand, the facilities weren’t worth it. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral water, TV remote, or Wi-Fi. The mattress springs were already wobbling, and there was only one towel. I regretted staying here. If I’d known, I would have rented a Red Door instead. Are the employees pocketing things, or is the owner just stingy?

The hotel is by the roadside, with lots of facilities nearby, but it seems poorly maintained, especially the rooms. The price on the banner doesn’t match the conditions shown in the pictures. The TV didn’t work, there was no Wi-Fi, and the water heater was broken. Rainwater leaked through the ceiling, some of the walls weren’t finished, the room lights were dim, and the bathroom light was out. Guests got one towel and two bars of soap, but no toothbrush. The food didn’t match the description, and we didn’t get what we should have. Service was inconsistent and evasive.

I was told the daily price was 180, and since I arrived at 8 am, I paid another 50 thousand in cash for the time from morning until noon the next day. We agreed on 230, so I checked in. Then at 3 pm someone knocked and said checkout was at 4 pm that day. They said I could stay until the next day, but would have to pay again. So it wasn’t for a whole day, just a few hours. I suggest you don’t check in there, the terms are unclear.
