The cottage section is better than the rest. The hotel feels old, and the superior room, though large and with its own parking space, is really only adequate for sleeping, not a leisure stay. Breakfast is sparse, and it seems understaffed, with no room service.

I ended up staying here late because I was too tired to look for somewhere else. The bed and blanket felt old, worn out, and a little smelly, and breakfast wasn't included at the standard rate. I'd pick another hotel next time.

The pool is nice, though the air around it can get pretty cold, so keep that in mind. On my last visit the drainage wasn't working properly. I think they were already fixing it.

The place itself was nice, but it could use some renovation. We asked the staff politely for something and got a frown in response. Maybe it was because it was high season, who knows :)

Dear management, do you offer a 14-day self-isolation package? If so, please share your contact number, preferably WhatsApp. Thank you.
