Please be careful booking this hotel through the Oyo app. The system was confusing and felt chaotic. I booked two days, but at the hotel they said the booking was for only one. The email and app also showed one day, so how did I end up paying the price of two days for a one-day stay? It's causing people to lose money. I'm not smart, and I'm going on the Hajj pilgrimage.

Hotel Rudian was quiet, cool and comfortable, and the room was clean. The water pressure was strong and the water heater worked well; the swimming pool was clean and well maintained too. There was drinking water in every hallway, and the staff were all friendly. It's easy to find food nearby, just walk out front, and the location is very convenient. I'd come back, and would book a family room next time for more space. Thanks for the two-night stay.

It's a shame, because I've stayed here many times and the TV still never works. I've told the staff, but they haven't fixed it or even followed up. The room facilities really need attention.

Musty, stuffy and smelly, and very dirty. No AC, and the swimming pool was dirty too. Jasmine class.

I booked through Agoda and had proof of payment, but when I arrived the hotel couldn't find either my name or booking number. Really bad service. I don't recommend staying here.
