I booked the room to rest, but it wasn’t comfortable and needed more cleaning. The service was awful too. It was my first hotel stay, and the receptionist seemed completely uninterested while I was playing games. When I asked about the room I’d booked, the answers had nothing to do with my questions. They need to give the staff more service training.

We ended up finding somewhere else to stay because the room was so musty and dirty. There was rubbish left behind and cobwebs everywhere, and the sheets and pillowcases seemed as if they had never been washed. The service was poor as well, since no towels were brought or given to us. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here overnight. Better to find another hotel.

On 09/09/2025, my wife and I had the shortest room stay I can remember. We checked in at 14.02 WIB and checked out at 14.29, then booked another hotel that matched what we expected. The room we got felt completely random and awful. Inside, it was cramped, stuffy, damp, and very dusty. The mattress was dirty, with lots of grime stains stuck to it. The bathroom was so narrow it felt like a rat’s bathroom. The spray tap was tiny, the shower was broken, and the toilet had no flush. It was really bad, and I felt cheated. If you book here, be careful. Avoid the rooms with a zinc door outside, like the bathroom doors, marked with letters A-E. We were given B. Management really needs to look at the condition of all the rooms.

I booked through Agoda for 63 thousand and had already paid when I saw a one-star Google review. I nearly didn’t come, but I’m glad I did. The wall under the dining area was a bit run-down, and there was an old big TV and a water dispenser in the middle of the room. But once I went into the room, wow. There were two queen beds, enough for four or five people, plus four pillows and two blankets. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was really hot. There was also a TV table, a plastic chair, two foam chairs, a wall clothes hanger, and a small clothesline. I booked another hotel afterward and got a zone, so I couldn’t come back here even though I wanted to. I definitely recommend this place. I don’t know why that person gave it one star.
