Hi, sis, I walked past yesterday and was interested. Is this place a boarding house?

For the 15,000 Rupiah price, breakfast was decent, and the accommodation itself is cheap and quite nice. Staffing seemed short, though, and cleanliness suffered a bit. I booked two deluxe rooms: one was fine, while the other really seemed closer to standard level.
The room was dirty, with cigarette butts on the floor, and the facilities were a letdown. The LED TV picture was blurry, both the shower and toilet were broken, and the AC wasn't cold and was leaking, bro. They still charge 30k for soap, drinking water, and the like. Sure, it's the cheapest option, but comfort is seriously lacking. I'd look elsewhere and pay a little more for somewhere comfortable.
They gave me a single bed even though I'd booked a double. Then I was made to pay 30,000 Rupiah for drinking water and toiletries, despite saying I didn't have any. On top of that, the hotel had been moved to a boarding house because they said the electricity wattage there wasn't enough and they were worried the power would go out. Really poor quality. It feels like the management and owner only care about money.
Booking through an online agent came with a 30,000 IDR fee for two bottles of mineral water, soap, and a toothbrush, but that charge wasn't mentioned on the agent's site. The room smelled awful, and the sheets were dirty and covered in hair, like they hadn't been changed after the last guest. I'm never coming back.
