Rizen Premiere Hotel

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, so finding food and drinks is easy, and parking is spacious. The staff are friendly, and the hotel’s mountain view is beautiful. Its affordable price could make it a useful stop on the way to Puncak. But the rooms need to be cleaner, and breakfast is very basic with few choices. For the money, I’d say it’s below average overall.

My kids liked the building's architecture, but I was disappointed with how the room was kept. The tub and bathroom were actually larger than the pictures showed, yet the tub wouldn't drain properly, so I kept calling maintenance to get it drained and closed again. There was a bug in the room, the bed wasn't clean, and room service was slow to respond. We arrived at 7.30pm and the room still wasn't ready, with no towel or bath mat. The building looks nice in photos on the hotel and booking sites, but the cleanliness fell short. Also, there’s no elevator, so I wouldn't bring babies or elderly guests.

The building gives a luxury first impression, but inside the room felt like a cheap motel. A lot of things were broken, including the water heater, which seemed like it might have been broken to save costs. There was a telephone, but nobody picked up when my mom called. The staff's attitude was bad, and the whole experience was horrible for the price.

The location is good, but I regret picking this hotel. At 550 per night, it wasn't worth it. The hotel payment was cash only, and I couldn't borrow a charger. I'd ridden to bogor in heavy rain that day, and my power bank got wet and broke. I stayed in bogor because my phone battery was low and I needed to charge it and take a shower, so that was really disappointing. The hotel also had no shampoo, hairdryer, or charger adapter. The place felt very old, and the towel, bedsheet, and pillow were dirty and smelled bad.
