Safari Lodge Hotel

The staff service was top notch, though I'm not sure if the quiet was because we visited on a weekday or if it's usually like that. We stayed in a two-bedroom tree house. It was odd to have only two chairs for a room meant for four, and there was no table for eating. The water smelled in both toilets. The tree house is quite far away, but the buggy helped since we didn't have a car. Breakfast was OK.

The staff were attentive and very helpful during my stay at Safari Resort Hotel. Special thanks to Artas W. at reception. I'll definitely come back!

The food was outstanding, especially the oatmeal prawn and fried rice, and the staff were handy and helped save the stay. But I was in a caravan that needed repairs, from the bathroom sliding door to the water closet and plenty of other things. The room also needed a proper clean, since there were lots of dusty corners.

We booked a two-bedroom bungalow and were assigned Zebra 16 Bungalow. The condition was dilapidated, very dirty, and there was mold and a foul smell throughout the house. The towels and bed sheets smelled bad. The check-in staff were very good and breakfast had lots of choices, but that didn't make up for the accommodation. Plan activities ahead and make sure you have a car. At night there's nothing there, and if you want to get food with Grab, you have to walk a long way down a scary, unlit path. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, this isn't it!
