Villa Andante - Make Slow Your Day in Puncak

The atmosphere is amazing and the villa is great for family fun. There are too many cats, though, and they bother guests, even jumping on the table. It’d be better to ask guests whether they’re comfortable having cats around, and keep them away if they aren’t cat fans. Service needs work compared with the other Villa form Villa 100 (Ellena). The keepers at both Holy and Andante seemed too young and inexperienced, and were hard to reach when we needed a favor. We had to knock on their room door. Since Cisarua isn’t as cold anymore, bringing in more fans and fixing the mosquito nets in every room would help get fresh air into the rooms. Thanks again for the great villa, and for the admin’s help sorting out our problems with the keeper. That really helped.

I liked the space and spent one night at Holy, but several things made the stay frustrating. The neighboring group at andante stayed noisy until morning despite the 11 pm quiet rule. Stray cats were everywhere at night and ate all the food left on the table. Locals kept trespassing, and the Wi-Fi was poor when cellular coverage was already bad.

The buildings look nice and the views are good, and the facilities are decent too. We did have the electricity cut out several times because of excess voltage. At night, the security guard came over while we were doing karaoke and asked for money.

The ambiance is great and the place itself is really nice. There are so many stray cats, though, and they made the stay a bit disturbing.
