Villa Top View

I’m comfortable staying here, and these are my honest thoughts after my stay on 30 June 2024. For a villa worth 4 million after tax, I think a few things could be improved. The room has a refrigerator that wasn’t cold at the bottom where we were staying, though I forgot to mention it yesterday, and I think it needs servicing. The stove looks worn and rusty, and there may need to be more spoons and forks. A smart TV with YouTube in the living room would be better. Internet was quite good during the day but poor at night on Saturdays and Sundays, when the residences may be busy or occupied. This needs improvement because local networks such as Telkomsel, Indosat, and XL in the Cisarua area are inadequate. The footcloth by the bathroom door is too thin; I think an anti-slip one should be bought for safety when stepping out. There should be an agreement with the other villa residents on noise and sleeping hours, perhaps quiet hours from 12.00 pm to 08.00 am. When the water gallons run out, the team takes too long to refill them because they don't have spare water gallons or gas and have to buy them first. I don't mind paying if needed. Access to the Top view villa is very bad, and the steep road needs repair. The staff service was very good and friendly, and the clean swimming pool should be maintained. The night lighting was good, and the sleeping equipment was good and comfortable. The water dispenser worked well. The garden service team kept the garden very neat and clean, with no visible fallen or messy leaves. The cottage by the pool and the one in the garden were both very comfortable places to relax. There is also a good dog farm at the villa entrance, and the villa rooms were clean and comfortable. That's all my input.
