Devita Beach Sawarna

This place is in a very strategic spot, close to tourist attractions, and works well for a temporary stopover. The access road needs attention, though. Please pave it with concrete, blocks, gravel, or asphalt so vehicles don't slip on the way in. There are a lot of room fixes to make. The fan needs maintenance, and there should be more electrical outlets, at least three in each area: bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The sink needs repair and could use a mirror. The bathroom shower needs fixing, and the soap dish should be filled instead of leaving that space unused. Thicker cubicle walls would help, since you can clearly hear the neighbors talking and it's uncomfortable for sleeping. The public kitchen is too dark at night, especially with the dark walls, and that can feel a bit scary. Please keep up the room service and hospitality, and continue providing a decent place to cook or wash. That's a good investment. The bale or hangout spot in front of the beach should also be repaired and made usable, with lights and a gazebo-style roof. The path to the beach could be tidied up with stones.

You can easily walk over to Tanjung Layar and Goa Langit from here, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms and service felt more than fair for such a low price. With the beach right across the way, it's a very convenient spot. I'll be back next time 😍

We had a budget room, but it was fairly roomy, and the nights felt cool even without air conditioning. The beach is right outside and has a private-beach feel. You can get there by car since it's not far from the main road. The husband-and-wife managers were really friendly, and the aunties were kind and helpful. Recommended.
