The bathroom was unusable, with mold everywhere and large brown stains in the bath and sink. The beds seemed fine at first, but up close there were long dirty hairs, dust, and plenty of big stains. We asked for clean sheets and waited 50 minutes, only to get sheets that were still stained and had hairs on them. Getting our luggage into the house was difficult, and the path went past a pool that looked abandoned and piles of construction materials. When the owner opened the door, it looked like it might fall off. It was secured from the outside with just a padlock, leaving a big gap for rat roommates. Walking on the wooden floor, we could feel the frame underneath and spots where it dipped. The owner seemed nice when we arrived, but the place went downhill as soon as we came through the gate. Stay away.

The garden is beautiful, the location is quiet, and there's a great pool, parking, good Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful, and we got mineral water each day. Breakfast is available on request for an extra charge. The toilets and kitchen corner in our house need to be fully renovated right away, not just partly improved. There were very few kitchen utensils.

The villas are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was nice. For the price, it's amazing, especially for families. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the service was excellent. There are plenty of places to eat around the corner. A taxi to Sanur beach was only 3 aus dollars and took five minutes. The place is quiet and peaceful, good value, and I'd definitely stay again. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place.

The room was quite good and peaceful. The owner has been struggling to keep the place going for almost 2.5 years since COVID hit so hard.
