The room itself is okay, and the other staff are friendly. But the lady in charge is very unfriendly and treats guests badly. I’ve stayed several times, and whenever she’s in charge, she asks me to pay more even though I booked through the app and the price goes up when I arrive. Please replace her.

There was only one towel for the four of us, no soap or toothbrush, and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The TV didn’t work, and repair workers made a lot of noise. They shouldn’t do repairs on Saturdays and Sundays when lots of guests are staying. Check-in has to be at 2:00 pm.

The room is quite good for the price, with AC and sometimes hot water. I ordered a premium twin room and stay here regularly, but the lobby staff member who’s a Batak woman made me uncomfortable. The service was bad. There were two of us and we got only one towel, and when I asked for a water dispenser she yelled that it wasn’t allowed. That seemed strange since it should be a guest facility. The other staff, like the guy who often hangs out in the lobby, is really friendly. If I see this woman on duty, I’d rather go to Augusta, even though it costs a little more, because the service and facilities there are super good.
