The Alana Hotel and Conference - Sentul City

We booked three days and two nights, and it was a great stay. The team was friendly and helpful, and there were lots of weekend activities for the kids. They were really welcoming to children. The location isn’t too far away, which was a nice added bonus. Thanks to mbak Nana from the Alana Sentul team for her warm hospitality and hard work!

Willy at the bar deserves a special mention. He was lovely, and his iced coffees were very good. The bartenders and reception staff were great in general, friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Not everyone speaks English, but that was okay. The pool and gym are both lovely, and my room was spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The food was good too, with a large buffet that changes regularly. The à la carte choices are a little limited, and a few things had run out, including tiramisu, raspberry ice cream, chicken saté, and lemon grass. That’s something for the person handling inventory to keep an eye on. A nice place to spend a few days before heading back to Jakarta.

After checking out, I had lunch at Green Canyon around noon and was greeted with friendly smiles. The service throughout my two-day stay was memorable, too. Ms. Kenan was always smiling, professional, and helpful, and I’m grateful to Ms. Hilmi for helping me choose. I also appreciated the receptionist at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. I was in Sentul, West Java, on a solo business trip. I usually stay at Alana hotels in Central Java, and choosing this one turned out to be the right call. It’s in a strategic spot near food places and shopping areas, with easy access to the toll road. The facilities were complete and clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay, and wishing the hotel continued success.

It’s a quiet, comfortable spot for business meetings, with excellent service and a restaurant menu that’s both tasty and varied. I always check under the bed to see how clean a room is. I’ve found some hotels fall short, but the room here at Alana Hotel was very clean. Full credit to the housekeeping team. I last stayed here a year ago, and the service is still excellent.
