The room upgrade was easy to arrange, and the receptionist was friendly and helped me get a reasonable extra rate. I was initially put in a deluxe room, but it was tiny, had a sliding door and shared toilet, and the balcony lock was loose. The superior room had just one single bed, so it only suited one person. The shower was the biggest hassle: the tap worked, but the hose to the shower head was broken, so there was barely any pressure. I also had to figure out how to cool the AC. There was no TV, which didn't bother me, and I didn't try the WiFi. I was here for five days on a work trip, booked by my office. It's an affordable, clean and quiet inn, though it's down a dead-end alley beside a smelly gutter that I could smell every day. The management doesn't seem to be reading reviews, since I ran into the same issues mentioned by guests months earlier. Car parking is limited, and motorcycles have to go in a room set aside for them.
