I stayed about a month after the place opened, so the amenities were still almost new. The room was clean, the staff seemed keen to help, and the manager personally checked that everything was okay and told me to let him know if I needed anything. My room was next to reception, though, and someone sang karaoke really loudly at 10.30PM while I was trying to sleep. I complained, and he said they'd move the karaoke somewhere else in the future. I hope that actually happens. If you stay here, ask for the room farthest from reception.

The food was excellent and tasted great, and the whole place was clean with nice guest facilities. The staff were friendly too, and they have a house for families. We'll definitely come back on a family road trip.

A good budget option, super clean and comfortable, with helpful management and crew. It's near Tulungagung Train Station, and they also offer pickup from the station. Recommended for backpackers and budget travelers.

The price is reasonable, the place is clean and neat, and the service is good. But employees come into the hotel rooms with their shoes on. I think they need a better rule about that.
