Even though I booked a month ahead, they had overbooked and we never got our rooms. No apology or alternative was offered. At reception, the employee kept watching football on TV and ignored us, even after we showed the booking documents and explained several times that we had a reservation. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A complete letdown. I booked on the OYO app, then the property manager or staff contacted me on WhatsApp to demand extra money at check-in because they said the listed price was too cheap. If the price was too low, why join OYO and advertise there? Are you even ready to host guests? Don't run a business like this. OYO should make sure the merchants it works with are professional. Sakinah family residence was completely unprofessional. Now I have to make another trip just to pursue my claim and refund. Such a waste of time and energy!

My booking was confirmed in the app a day before, but when I arrived to check in at 13.00, I was told there was no room available. I followed up on the refund, but in the end I never received it.
