Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak Hotel

Pelangi deserves a special thank you for her kindness and outstanding service, which made my stay even better. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and breakfast had a delicious variety of choices. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The spa was a real highlight. My massage and exfoliation treatments were exceptional, among the best I’ve had. The restaurant food and drinks were very good throughout the stay, and the location was excellent. My room at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak had a lovely pool view, beautiful decor, a spacious bathroom, and perfect linen. The blackout curtains made the mornings completely dark, so I slept really well. I appreciated having a writing desk, plenty of TV channels, and generous bottled water. Housekeeping was discreet and professional, with fresh towels daily and a linen change during my stay. There were welcome treats in the room when I arrived. Comfortable, enjoyable, and well managed. I’d gladly return.

It’s right by the beach at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak, just across the street from the sand. The shower had strong water pressure, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of unpleasant smells. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming. At the restaurant, Dedi patiently and enthusiastically introduced each dish, which made our meal even better. Highly recommended.

The corridors, lobby, and restaurant were all kept in excellent condition, and the hotel had a pleasant, relaxing feel. Our room was spotless and fresh throughout the stay, with the amenities neatly prepared, exceptionally clean bathroom, fresh smelling towels, and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff were attentive and friendly, with great attention to detail. Thank you to the whole housekeeping team, especially sudarma, and to the hotel management for the clean rooms and warm hospitality. I’d recommend Grand Mercure to other travelers and look forward to returning.
