The place has been renamed the ANDERS Hotel, and it seems to be improving. There's a minimart on the first floor too.

I only came to rest before work the next day, but the service was rubbish. The basic room had no TV or towels, and the AC blew hot air. I got there at 7 PM and left at 9 PM.
6/10
The location is pretty good and the room is large, but it has no cupboard or drinks, and there wasn't any soap. The AC wasn't cold. The shower didn't work, so I washed under the tap, with no bucket or dipper available. Outside was dirty too, with fallen leaves still there when I checked out at 11 am and apparently no one had swept. Service was lacking: staff were busy chatting outside, and the receptionist wasn't at the desk 🙃
2/10
I booked two rooms, but there was no water and the bathrooms were filthy. The AC felt hot even when set to cold. The service staff were rude, indifferent, and unethical.
10/10
Quiet and comfortable.
