The rooms were comfortable, and it was easy to relax there. I’d come back without hesitation. The milk cream pudding especially stuck with me, and the whole stay felt focused on making guests comfortable.

There aren't many three-star hotels in Demak, so I picked Amantis for its facilities and breakfast. Quite a few foreign workers from China stay here. It’s a three-star place in the city.

Breakfast was good, though we had to insist on getting fresh fruit at 8:15 after the chef said they wouldn't put out any more that day. The price felt high for this experience, especially since I've stayed in much better places in Indonesia for less. Our ground-floor room was noisy because it was beside the lobby. Music came on very loudly at 7 in the morning. When we asked for it to be stopped, it was quiet for ten minutes, then started again. The sheets had stains and holes; the replacement sheets also felt used and had old marks that hadn't washed out, maybe from being washed in cold water.

The breakfast was the best part for me, really tasty, with enough choice even if the menu wasn't huge. It went beyond what I expected. For a two-star hotel, the stay was surprisingly good. I liked the service and the kind staff too. Thanks, and keep it up!

The shower water pressure was very low, and the tap water looked dirty, so I didn't feel it was hygienic enough for brushing my teeth. The bed was nice, though. I sleep well on a firm mattress.
