The location is convenient, and the staff and management office are polite, professional, and quick to help. This was my second stay and I was impressed again. I stayed in a first-floor villa the first time and an upstairs apartment the second. Both were comfortable and worth the price. Recommended ☀️

We found the location really handy, with cafes and minimarkets nearby and the beach about a 12-minute walk away. The mini-apartment had what we needed for everyday living, including a 19-liter water bottle that staff replaced when it ran out. We stayed a week, and cleaning was available on request. The hard part was sleeping: the windows had large gaps and let in street noise, especially motorbikes droning late into the night. Speakers nearby also went off almost every night, sometimes louder and sometimes quieter. It made getting a decent night's sleep very difficult.

The rooms have plenty of space, and you can prepare your own meals. It's a bit far from Kuta, but the location works well for walking to Sanur.
