Dee Mansion Bali

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I got a voucher from agoda, so the price was really cheap and worth it. Sadly, I was there during yesterday’s Bali flood, and things were chaotic. The first floor was under water, and I was glad I’d been on the second floor from the start. The first-floor guests were moved up to the second floor in the morning, and everyone was evacuated during the 6ft flood. Everything else was perfect, and I’d come back on my next trip to Bali.

The room and facilities looked nothing like the photos. They were old and unclean, and the place felt uncomfortable. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work well, so it was hard to relax. The room was gloomy too, with very little lighting. We asked to move, but were told the hotel was full, although we’d seen another room available when we arrived. We had booked a large bed and were given two smaller ones instead. The room we’d seen had the bed size we wanted, but they wouldn’t let us switch. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to sort it out myself through another platform, which was a hassle after I’d already paid for a week. It was a disappointing stay, and really not worth the money. I’d rather pay a bit more to stay somewhere else, and wouldn’t recommend this place in Denpasar.

The rooms differ in quality, but you get what you pay for, and I found it great value. The pool is lovely and relaxing, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Laundry is available at a very good price. I highly recommend it!

The room had a bit of a moldy smell, though it seemed clean otherwise. The staff were okay, friendly enough. I booked because of the gym but never got around to using it, and it looked crowded whenever I saw it. I only stayed one night. It was okay, and I can’t really complain, but I’d probably choose another hotel next time.
