Sri Phala Resort & Villa

The relaxed vibe, two pools, and all the plants and trees made Sri Phala feel lovely. There was even more greenery than the photos showed, and Sanur harbour is very close. We came with our 6-months old baby, and The cod was very nice. The staff were especially amazing, friendly, helpful and flexible. Our stay was so good that we came back during the same holiday period. We'll definitely come back again!

The hotel feels like a little oasis, with a peaceful property and a beautiful Balinese garden even though the entrance is on a busy road. The on-site restaurant is charming, and the two pools were a real highlight. I loved relaxing on the balcony, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel special. I had a fantastic time and couldn't fault the place. It's an easy 10-minute walk from Sanur Harbour, very handy when stopping over from the islands. I'll definitely stay again.

The rooms are a little outdated and could do with an upgrade, but the lovely pool areas and great breakfast more than made up for that. We only stayed one night because Sanur was a stopover before our ferry to Nusa Lembongan the next day. Since we're travelling for a year or more with two large suitcases, the hotel kindly stored our luggage so we could take just backpacks, which made the ferry trip much easier. We were a bit alarmed at first because the hotel is just off a busy main road. But walking through the property, we found a back entrance onto a quiet side street, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. That was a lovely surprise. The lady at the front desk gave us a wonderfully warm welcome, which set the tone for the stay. When we came back a few days later, they greeted us just as warmly, recognised us straight away, and asked how our trip had gone. Our cases were returned smoothly, and they wished us a pleasant onward journey. A lovely little oasis in Sanur, with genuinely caring staff. The staff were the best part of our stay at Sri Phala. They were warm and attentive, checked in on our plans each day, and offered helpful suggestions. They even prepared breakfast boxes for our 2 a.m. departure on the Mount Batur trip. I also appreciated that none of them asked us to leave a good review. Their hospitality spoke for itself. The rooms were a little dated but very spacious, with a really comfortable bed. We enjoyed the lovely pool area and good breakfast too. It was a truly delightful stay.
