The staff member at the hotel was very rude to me. I politely asked about checking in and was told to wait. After 15 minutes, they were still chatting with a friend, so I asked again. They responded sarcastically and arrogantly, telling me to shut up and sit down. I was very surprised, as I also work in hospitality and know customers should be treated politely according to SOP. Can’t someone speak politely without being curt and wearing a sulky expression? Is that how guests are supposed to be treated? After saying they didn’t like it, they asked for my ID. Please brief your staff in red again.

The pool is lovely, the staff are all friendly and speak English well, and breakfast is nice. The beds are really comfortable, the AC works great, and we have a nice balcony. The shower is just okay and has a curtain. The fridge is dirty and often doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom on the third floor has a disgusting smell.

For the price, this is excellent value in Denpasar. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean enough, with good toilets and air conditioning that works very well. There’s free wifi, plus a small pool and some parking spots out front. Breakfast is excellent, including an egg station.

A budget hotel that’s fairly close to Seminyak, the beach, and places to eat. It’s about an hour’s drive from Ngurah Rai airport. The double room is a good size, and so is the bathroom, and there’s a pool by the restaurant. Breakfast and other food are pretty pricey, but you can easily order through Grab and have it delivered to the lobby. The main annoyance was having no kettle in the room when I wanted tea or coffee. The TV either didn’t work or only showed MTV with really poor reception. Adding a kettle would be a small change that would make a big difference.
