I booked through Agoda and had already paid by e-money, but they asked me to pay extra to use the AC, so the actual price didn’t match the one in the app. The bathroom was very dirty. The pillow and mattress sheets smelled really bad, and I suspect they hadn’t been changed. Staff were noisy and made me uncomfortable.

What a mess. The OTA listing hadn’t been updated, and it turned out the boarding house had changed owners and management. Given the property’s current condition, though, the layout is pretty good.
