The building’s architecture and interior look great, and the cramped room seems meant for sleeping and not much else. Its size made sense for that. But cleanliness was SUPER DIRTY. There was dust and dirt all over the building. If a property management company runs this place, they’re doing a poor job.

I liked the space-saving idea of stacking beds here. The room is tiny, but it worked well for two of us, and fitting a shower and toilet into that small space is clever. The AC and TV both worked, and there was hot water. At 125K, it was worth every rupiah for me.

The staff are friendly, and it costs less online than at the counter. Even so, the room felt expensive for its quality. It was very small and dirty, with hair, dust, and mold on the wall. The fourth floor was really noisy.

I stayed here for a week and found it really comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was neat, and the service was hospitable. Recommended if you want those benefits while staying on a budget 👍
