Hotel O Manahan Near Stadium Manahan Solo Formerly Atma Bhakti

I booked through the tiket.com app, expecting a hotel near RS Jih Solo, formerly Azifa Inn. When I arrived to check in, I was suddenly told it was overbooked and transferred to Wisma Ayma Bhakti. Then my tiket.com booking was canceled without my agreement. They should have notified me about the overbooking and confirmed what I wanted to do, whether that meant finding another hotel or staying at Wisma Atma Bhakti for 150 thousand a night. I had planned to stay two nights but ended up staying only one. I really regret it.

The receptionist was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and the price was cheap. I paid 100 thousand rupiah on the weekend, plus Agoda’s admin fee, and thought it was worth it. Thank God.

I paid 85k a night for two nights through Agoda, so the price was cheap and everything else was perfect. The internet was extremely slow, though. The connection capacity and router need an upgrade. 😅🙏

I’m a mom who booked two rooms for April 2, 2025, and the hotel took no responsibility. I checked in at 9 pm, but there was no receptionist. After I called, a staff member arrived and said the AC in one room wasn’t cold and would be replaced with a fan. When I checked the rooms, they were shabby and dirty: the AC didn’t cool, the floors and sheets were filthy, the rooms were stuffy and dark, and the bathroom was dirty. The other room was even worse. It was so disgusting that I decided not to stay and asked for my money back, but the hotel refused. I called management using the number the receptionist gave me, but nobody answered. After a long argument with the staff, there was still no solution by 11 pm. I finally made the staff return the money, though I got back only about 50%.
