The staff are lovely and helpful, but the hotel itself is awful and depressing. Everything felt old and dirty, with stained walls, and there was no hot water. One of the two electrical outlets was half pulled out, though the Wi-Fi worked well. The room was noisy from passing cars, and the dust most likely triggered an allergic reaction. You don't want to come back to a room like this. The parking area fits bikes and cars but has no cover from rain. If you need to buy something, leave the hotel, turn left, then take another left at the intersection and keep going until you get to a large store. If you can, choose somewhere else.

The power went out and nobody on staff gave guests a warning or asked for understanding. That came on top of a room with stained walls from water seepage, a broken shower, and air conditioning that never got cold. The room upstairs was dirty, with cigarette butts scattered around, and the hallways were dusty. The hotel looked nothing like its ad photos and seemed poorly maintained. Parking was limited and uncovered, so the motorcycles got soaked in the rain. The receptionist was very unfriendly. At 165,000 Rupiah, I didn't feel the stay was worth it, especially when cheaper hotels are in better shape. I hope the service and upkeep improve.
