SPOT ON 3119 Hotel Kurnia

I was glad to get an OYO promo for a standard room at 17,000 Rupiah, but the owner complained about the discount when I arrived. If management had an issue with it, they should have taken it up with OYO headquarters. After a wait, I was allowed in, but first they put me in a so-called "waste" room with no TV or shower, just an unsuitable bucket for bathing. I refused that room and eventually got one upstairs on the second floor. The bathroom there flooded during use, and the toilet seat was broken (photo attached). I'm sharing this in the hope things improve for future guests, not just because I'm upset. Thank you.

I was fairly satisfied, and hope this feedback helps with an evaluation. There seems to be a security issue, since my Eiger sandals were exchanged for flip-flops. The Wi-Fi also comes and goes, and isn't available around the clock. Thank you.

The service was good and the place itself is nice to stay at, but the Google/Oyo price was misleading. They no longer work with third parties, so payment is made directly. At 170,000 Rupiah per night, it feels too expensive for somewhere that's just for sleeping. Others should read this before booking through Oyo.

I'm not working with the red app anymore. I just asked them to cancel it and sort it out. It's far away and they want to rest. Think twice about the quality. 👍
