Alia Home Sanur

The family here are really friendly, and the place is very clean. You can get breakfast, there are warungs nearby, and the beach is only 700 m away. It may not be as fancy as some places or have as nice a view, but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Really good value for money, recommended!

We loved our stay at Alia home Sanur. The garden was tranquil, the pool beautiful, and the rooms clean. It’s a peaceful oasis in the middle of a busy area, with lovely staff and great value. Close to the ferry, too. The bed was firm and the sheets crisp.

You can refill your water here, and there’s a clean fridge for guests. The family is friendly, and the street is quiet. The AC works well, and for the price it’s all right. There’s no luxury, and the bed was okay. They seem to have trouble with the heavy rain, which leaves things smelling a bit. They should promote the breakfast options more.

Breakfast is served by the pool or on the second floor balcony. The rooms are quite big, and the street is quiet. It’s a nice hideaway in a good spot near the ferries to the other islands, but communicating with the hosts was a bit tough. They had stoic expressions, and I had to initiate both check-in and check-out. I’d probably book somewhere more professional and aware of your arrival next time. Walking in, my first impression was eerie. No one was at the front desk, and I had to go to the second floor to find someone. He showed me to my room, and I got settled. The sheets looked very old and didn’t smell freshly laundered, so I laid my own travel blanket over them. I hope they get new ones for future guests.
