Villa #5 was a great place to unwind. It was comfortable, well looked after, and had all the comforts we needed, with lovely gardens. The staff who came each day were warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve travelled extensively, and this villa was just right for relaxing, in a good location in Sanur. At the entrance to the private driveway there’s the bare bottle, a cafe with 24/7 manned security at the driveway. They do great coffee and food. Great restaurants are a short stroll away, and meals can also be delivered to your door. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I’d recommend it and will stay again.

We were at Jade Villas number 2 from the 25-27th June. The villa was beautiful and the location was great. The lady working there was terrific. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends. 5 star. Brett and Rick - Perth WA.

We booked two Villas in 2019 for a 2020 holiday and paid a deposit to secure them, then COVID happened. Two years later, we still hadn't got the deposit back despite many Emails and a phone call. The villas are owned by Australians, and the deposit went into their account. Not good enough. The agent representing them was helpful at first, but communication dried up after we asked for the refund. Jade Villas were approached personally too, but weren't forthcoming. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking Jade villas. Be careful if you book with them.

We had a booking for 2019 but couldn't go because of Covid, and Garuda no longer flies from Perth. We requested a deposit refund from both jade villa and the booking agent many times, but got absolutely no response from either. Wouldn't recommend.

Villa Serena, part of Jade villas, is a great villa. Kadek was sensational and looked after everything we needed. Always a great stay.
