I wanted a room where I could work alone, and found the right place at the right time. The room was spacious, the furniture nicely polished, and the desk worked well for getting things done. Cleanliness was so-so but okay. The staff were very friendly, and there are lots of culinary spots nearby. No illegal couple allowed to lurk around, which made it feel safe for the quiet stay I wanted. There was a lot of street noise as vehicles passed, and some amenities weren’t all there, but I was okay with that. For the price range, I lowkey think it’s the best place for backpackers who want a nice, strategic spot while saving money. Great value. One caveat: Traveloka’s booking system seems to stay open even after the receptionist updates room capacity. You could arrive and be told there’s no room left, despite the system saying there was one when you booked. I talked to the receptionist, saw the issue myself, and was convinced it was a system problem. To avoid that, it’s best to call the receptionist first and confirm availability before booking. Hope cove resolves it.

My family and I were given a superior room even though I had booked a premium one three weeks ahead. They couldn't find my reservation when we arrived, and the service afterward was poor. There was no proper help or compensation. I was told I could simply cancel if I didn't like it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if it doesn't value its customers.

The bed was clean, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The woman checking me out had no smile or sign of happiness.

For a low price, this place was pretty good. The property was furnished well, the rooms felt cozy, and the building was well maintained. Its position between Denpasar and Kuta also made it easy to get to either area.
