The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and getting online transport was easy. It's also close to Sanglah/ Ngoerah Hospital and there are plenty of places to eat around Denpasar. I spent six days here and enjoyed the clean, comfortable, modern minimalist space. It's a new building. Highly recommended!

We stayed for seven days, and my mother, aunt, brother, and I all felt comfortable. It was a very relaxing holiday, and the city center location and price make this place easy to recommend. One small issue: our cooking oil went missing from the shared kitchen, and I don't know who used it. It might help to provide oil for everyone to use so guests don't need to take someone else's. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, since otherwise everything was great.

When I got to the hotel, the front desk casually said there were rooms available after all. That was frustrating, since the call center had kept telling me they were fully booked. I was sent there to handle my rescheduling, but the process was complicated and unhelpful, and my request ended up canceled without proper notice, so I lost a few nights. The hotel and call center clearly weren't coordinating. This isn't the service I expected from a hotel at this level. I hope they fix it for future guests.

The place is still unfinished, so good and bad things can happen. Even so, I think it's a good place overall. The location is great, and the people working there are cooperative and responsive.
