Cove Ransha Stay

It's in a quiet area, though stray dogs can make things a bit loud sometimes. The blanket was a little dusty.

I stayed for seven days and found all the employees humble, cool, and honest. They kept checking whether I wanted my room cleaned, and after they cleaned it, it smelled fresh and looked clean.

I arrived at 11 pm and only then was told the hotel was overbooked. Since it was the middle of the night and I didn't know the area, I asked the manager to help me find somewhere else to stay. He said it was my problem. I pointed out that they could have called the local number on my booking to let me know, but he shrugged off responsibility again. As a woman traveling alone, I feel the hotel and manager could at least have helped me find another place instead of leaving me stranded outside. I would never recommend this hotel. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been with a child or an elderly relative on a family trip.

The atmosphere was so calm, the room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. I spent a week here without a single complaint. There may be an 11 pm curfew, but staff will open the door if you call. I booked through agoda at a really good price, and the place went way beyond what I expected. I was amazed by the facilities and hospitality: free-flow water, an electric kettle, a dental kit, Netflix!, stable internet, and room service. I even had a sunset view from my balcony. Easily the best budget hotel I've visited. Keep up the good service. I'll definitely recommend it and come back!
