There aren’t restaurants or bars nearby, which was fine for me. I stayed one night by myself before catching a flight, and was surprised by the room’s modern look. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A good choice if you want an economical stay with high cleanliness standards.

A comfortable, nice homestay with a pool and friendly staff. If you need laundry, staff can arrange it. It comes back clean and folded for a reasonable price, and there are express and regular options. Street food is just a three-minute walk away. 😊

Please think about your privacy and the safety of your belongings before staying here. We paid for a cheap room, but I’d rather pay double for proper privacy and security. The place seemed pretty nice at first. The location is decent and fairly private, and the garden and pool are beautiful. The receptionist boy was polite and helped with our luggage and a television problem. It was clean enough and seemed like good value, so I was ready to give it 5/5. On our last day, we went out around 8AM and asked the receptionist about a late checkout and the cost. He said we could extend for 100k rupiahs, which we accepted. He also asked if they could clean our room, and we said yes. Around 11 am, while we were on a trip in Ubud, staff called to say late checkout wasn’t possible. We understood they might have had a new guest at the last minute, so we hurried back. We got to our room around 11.37 AM, before the 12.00 AM checkout time, and found it cleaned out. They’d collected all our things, put them in our bags, and left them outside the room. We’d agreed to room cleaning, not to staff handling all our belongings and putting them out. Who knows what guests might have with them? Something private or expensive could have gone missing. Luckily, I only had clothes and basic amenities, but that isn’t the point. It was rude and a serious invasion of privacy. The receptionist boy who’d helped us came to apologize privately, but said it was all on the manager’s orders. At checkout, we told the manager we objected to the privacy violation and poor hospitality. She didn’t apologize and just blamed her staff. When we asked what she’d do if anything went missing, she kept saying missing items weren’t their responsibility. The woman on the cleaning staff who came over while we were shocked to see our things packed also never apologized, just kept talking about the room situation. The place is cheap, clean enough, and in a decent location. But the manager’s and staff’s manners and hospitality are a BIG ZERO, apart from the receptionist boy who helped us earlier. Please don’t manage a hotel or guest house if you can’t show guests basic hospitality and manners.

We had a nice stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was right outside the door. There was a small pantry inside too. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was nasi Jinggo in the morning.
