eL Hotel & Resort Bali Sanur

We're near the end of an eight-night stay, and the whole time at el Hotel has been exceptional. We were upgraded to a spacious, comfortable, well-appointed cottage when we arrived. The beachfront setting is fantastic, and the pool is very relaxing. The staff have been efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend el Hotel and Resort Sanur. We'll be back.

Ms Eka always made time to smile and check that everyone had what they needed, even when she looked busy and tired. We haven't met staff like her at the other hotels we've stayed in, and she deserves a reward. The place was clean and very beautiful, and the staff were ten-star. They could add somewhere in the room to hang wet clothes, but otherwise everything was fine. We'll come back for a family holiday next year.

Sukuma made arranging checkout easy, and everyone we met was lovely, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, the loungers were really comfortable, and both the pool and pool bar were excellent. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The welcome on arrival made check-in seamless, and the hotel facilities were great. My wife and I spent three nights here on our way to Lombok, and it was a fabulous stay. We'll definitely be back. Sorry I can't remember the other names, you were all excellent!

A clean, lovely resort right by the beach in a convenient location. The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly.
