I booked through an app on 7 May, at a price of 178544 IDR. At reception, the man wouldn't give us the room and wanted 250000 IDR instead because he didn't like the app price. We left, and they charged the 178544 IDR cancellation fee to my Visa. I've emailed and tried calling, but haven't had any reply.

Really nice hotel. The room just needs a few more things.

The room was dirty, and the receptionist couldn't speak English. Worst experience I've had. Never again.

The staff were rude, and the service was really bad. It was so uncomfortable.

It's not bad for a stay of a day or a week.
