Family Villa Sanur

The fridge was a good size, and the room and shower were spacious. The private pool was okay, but the rest of the stay fell short of what was advertised. There’s no reception like you’d expect at a hotel, and no restaurant or breakfast. The TV is out by the pool. We left early and found somewhere else in Sanur, where there are plenty of nicer places for less. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, so we kept having sleepless nights. Housekeeping came every other day, but the towels were never replaced. The air conditioner was filthy. We cleaned it right after checking in, and the amount of dirt coming out was disgusting. I’m sure we avoided getting sick by cleaning it.

We had a lovely villa with two nice bedrooms and a pool. Just around the corner, a few minutes on foot, we found lots of nice little places to eat and enjoy ourselves, including Lilla Warung.

We spent four weeks in Sanur and found the location handy, within walking distance of the restaurants and beach. The villa was neat and very clean, with friendly staff who cleaned daily. There was a small hot water issue, but it was fixed right away and everything worked well after that.

Having our own private pool made this a great family trip spot. It felt like home, and the beach was easy to get to.
