I reserved through an app, but the hotel said it wasn't affiliated with it and didn't recognize the booking. I never got my money back, and the place didn't look like the photos. They also told me that a lot of people had been scammed.

Don't book this place through an online app. I paid via Agoda, but staff turned me away, saying they don't take online reservations or work with those apps. They were very unfriendly, too. If Agoda and other apps are no longer partners, the hotel should leave its listings down instead of making things difficult for potential guests.

I was the only one caught out by this, I guess :) They no longer take app bookings, and neither side will refund your money. The place is abandoned and isn't operating. They only have monthly boarding rooms, which are all full, not daily stays.

I booked on the Oyo app, but they refused me and said I had to pay cash. I was out 150 thousand.
