Hotel Puri Nusa Indah

The manager tried hard to get the internet working, and I felt bad for them, but the hotel doesn't have working Wi-Fi in the rooms. There is Wi-Fi in the business center, behind a locked door. The rooms feel dated. The air conditioning worked, but the water kept switching from cold to hot and back again. I sat there crying while trying to tune the TV to something watchable. By then it was too late to book somewhere else. I asked for a partial refund or discount, though I doubt I'll receive anything.

The staff were kind, and when I was working on my thesis they suggested I use the lobby as a quieter place to work late into the night. The hotel itself is comfortable and pleasant. It is a long way from minimarkets and other places, though. If I wanted food or coffee outside the hotel, it was hard to find nearby, so I could order through an online delivery service.

I have a lot of memories of this hotel from a middle school trip to Bali with my friends. We had plenty to do there, and it was a place for fun, play, and even sad moments. The staff were friendly, the service was very good, and I found the food tasty. There’s a pool too. The location is far from attractions and minimarkets, so getting a snack outside the hotel food was difficult when I got hungry. In my bathroom the shower was broken: it only ran hot, and turning it made the water even hotter. Aside from that, I had no other problems. It was a fairly comfortable, nice place to stay, and I hope you make sweet memories there too. Thank you!

The room had a musty smell, and there were no towels or even paper towels in the bathroom. The building has lots of stairs but no elevator, and there was no roomboy to help guests carry heavy luggage. That was the worst part.
