I had a great stay here in 2015, and came back for 28 nights. The staff were amazing every day, friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and fresh food, plus juice, tea, coffee, cakes, and more. The room was great too, with Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, water, a kettle, and a hot shower. At 330,000 rp a night, it was exceptional value. I can't fault it, and highly recommend it. Thanks!

We had a quiet night, with a clean room and bedding, working hot water and AC, and unlimited drinking water. The staff were exemplary. The hotel has a distinctive atmosphere and a great location. The website says there's a pool, but there isn't one. Rooms vary a lot.

We stopped here for one night on the way from the airport to the island's northeast. The big bed, excellent AC, and plentiful hot water were good for the price. Breakfast was an omelette, and there was lovely watermelon juice, though no milk for tea or coffee.

I spent a month at Hotel Sanur Indah as a solo female traveler and felt very safe there. The staff were incredible, kind, attentive, and very accommodating. Housekeeping was prompt, and the linen and amenities were extremely clean. My room had a very comfortable king-size bed, and the semi-outdoor bathroom had good hot water and water pressure. There's a shared dining area with free tea, coffee, and filtered water, plus lots of parking for cars and bikes. The location worked perfectly for me: close to warungs, restaurants, Indomart, an ATM, and McDonalds. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. I'd recommend staying here if you're traveling to Sanur.
