The room was dusty and hadn't been cleaned, with lots of hair around. The facilities are really old, and the night worker was unkind and scammed us out of 150k rupia. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone traveling. 🤦

Don't book here. Even though they knew we would arrive at 2 am, the staff were too out of it to do anything, and we had to walk around at 3 in the morning looking for another hotel. They were unprofessional and useless.

A lovely place to stay at a low cost. I'd suggest spending at least three nights at hotel city if you want enough time to see Denpasar's attractions.

The AC wouldn't cool the room enough. I checked in at 1 am, but the staff weren't ready to welcome me, and the soap container was empty.

The location is fairly strategic and the price is quite cheap. My room had a broken bathroom door handle, and having the AC switched off was a big problem in a hot place like Bali.
